Typically the challenge lies in the process mapping portion of the task. Given the technical strengths we bring to the engagement, building your application is not the hard part. We will build the right application, onethat is appropriate to your workflow and that meets your organizational needs.

Managing software development is largely a process of managing risk. The risk is much larger if your processes cannot be defined. We are not a business process re-engineering firm. Business process mapping, in our view, is not particularly risky if your team understands what they want. We can develop an application to manage your existing processes, or Implement processes that don’t yet exist.

When the workflow diagrams are complete, some discussion is needed about responsibilities. Our team needs a description of the participation of individuals and groups in completing the defined tasks.

When the workflows and responsibilities are defined, our development team will design your application. The user interface piece of this generally goes quite quickly, and when that is complete, it is demonstrated to the client, and analyzed for weaknesses, errors, and omissions. When both sides are agreed that the user interface and expected outputs meet client requirements, we can complete programming the application.
